Top 10 States that are Losers in Home Price Appreciation
It was not too long ago that many of the states that are listed as the Top Losers in House Price Growth, were the envy of states that were not experiencing double digit growth during the real estate boom. Here are the top ten losers, beginning with the greatest home price appreciation loser: California, experiencing a loss of over 26%, followed closely behind by Nevada, 26.46% decrease, and Arizona, with a 21.14% decrease.
