• Top States in Home Price Appreciation

    Many of these “winners” were on the side lines during Arizona’s real estate boom.  During the boom time many were green with envy when they viewed the news and saw the exponential growth in home appreciation the boom states, like Arizona, were experiencing.  Now they are no longer on the sidelines.  Now, they are reaping their conservatorship and enjoying the steady appreciation their market is presently experiencing amongst the turmoil that is executed in the boom states.
